No surprises
Because these are digital items, all sales are final. Once a license is purchased, it cannot be refunded, even if the files have not yet been delivered. Delivery is completed within 24 hours.
If you purchased the wrong version (for example, English instead of Spanish), please contact me right away. I may be able to adjust your order if the files have not yet been delivered.
License downgrades are not available. Digital items are non-refundable and cannot be changed to a lower license tier once the purchase is completed.
Digital files are delivered by email within 24 hours of purchase. If you do not receive your files in that time, please check your spam folder or contact me directly.
Exclusive license products are custom designed for your specific project, condition, study, or communication initiative. Custom orders may include one-of-a-kind graphics or adaptations of existing designs created exclusively for you.
Because these materials are created specifically for your use, they are non-returnable and non-refundable. Custom designs are never added to the shop and include editable files (Adobe Illustrator or InDesign).
Each design, whether free or paid, comes with a license that explains how it can be used.
Paid materials may be used according to the license you selected at checkout (Standard or Extended). Details for each option are outlined on the Licenses page.
Free resources are offered for personal and educational use only. You may share them in classrooms, clinics, or community settings as long as they are not altered or sold. For commercial or custom use, please contact me.
