All products in this store are digital items. Because of the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final.
Once a license is purchased, it cannot be refunded, even if the files have not yet been downloaded or delivered.
If you purchased the wrong version (for example, English instead of Spanish), contact me right away. I may be able to adjust your order if the files have not yet been delivered.
License downgrades are not available. Digital items are non-refundable and cannot be changed to a lower license tier once the purchase is completed.
Digital files are delivered by email within 24 hours of purchase unless otherwise stated on the product page.
If you do not receive your files within that time, please check your spam folder or contact me.
Exclusive license products and custom projects are created for your specific study, condition, or communication initiative. These may include one-of-a-kind graphics or adaptations of existing designs created exclusively for you.
Because these materials are created specifically for your use, they are non-returnable and non-refundable. Custom designs are not added to the store and include editable files (Adobe Illustrator or InDesign, as applicable).
Each design, whether free or paid, comes with a license that explains how it can be used.
Paid materials may be used according to the license selected at checkout (for example, Standard or Extended). License details are outlined on the Licenses page and, where applicable, on the individual product page.
Free resources are offered for personal and educational use only. You may share them in classrooms, clinics, or community settings as long as they are not altered, sold, or redistributed as your own work. For commercial or custom use, please contact me.
