Exclusive license
If you license an existing design exclusively, it will be removed from the shop and belong only to you. If you request a custom design, it will be created just for you and never made available in the shop.
Ideal for your specific project, condition, study, or communication initiative, such as clinical trials, branded projects, rare disease resources, or system-level communications that require one-of-a-kind graphics.
Free resources
Some materials are available as free downloads to support clear communication and health literacy education. You may share them in classrooms, clinics, or community settings as long as they are not altered or sold. For commercial or custom use, please contact me.
Common Questions
Do I get editable files?
For the Standard license, no. You’ll receive a print-at-home PDF only.
For Extended or Exclusive licenses, yes. You’ll receive the design in Adobe Illustrator (.ai) or Adobe InDesign (.indd).
- Illustrator includes two versions: one with outlined text and one with editable text.
- InDesign includes editable text only.
Note on fonts: Designs use Adobe Fonts. Fonts are not embedded in the editable files. If you edit the text, you’ll need access to Adobe Fonts or another licensed font.
What if I need a custom design?
Exclusive license is the best option for this. You’ll get a graphic tailored to your needs.
Can I upgrade my license later?
Yes! Contact me if you need to move from Standard to Extended or Exclusive.
Can I downgrade my license?
No. Digital items are non-refundable and cannot be changed to a lower license tier once the purchase is completed.
Can I get a refund?
Because these are digital items, all sales are final. Once a license is purchased, it cannot be refunded, even if the files have not yet been delivered. Delivery is completed within 24 hours.
If you purchased the wrong version (for example, English instead of Spanish), please contact me right away. I may be able to adjust your order if the files have not yet been delivered.
Do I need to agree to license terms when I buy?
Yes. By purchasing, you agree to the license terms outlined on this page. It’s a legally binding agreement, just like clicking “I agree” on a software license.
How long can I use the files?
Your license is perpetual, that means you can use the files indefinitely, as long as you stick to the terms.
Can I resell the design?
No. Resale, re-licensing, or uploading raw files to stock platforms is not allowed under any license.
What if someone breaks the rules of the license?
If a design is used outside the terms of the license, I may request that the unauthorized use be removed. In serious cases, further action may be taken to protect the work.
