More details

Standard license

For: Individuals, caregivers, students, or small teams.

Use the design for your own care, to support someone close to you, or in a small group or class. It also works for study materials or presentations.

Not included: wide distribution, reselling, or making it part of another product.

Expanded license

For: Clinics, nonprofits, and organizations that want to share more broadly.

This license covers everything in the Standard License, plus you can use the design in workshops, training programs, or community education. You can also add it to your organization’s website or share it with larger groups.

Not included: selling the design on its own.

Exclusive license

For: Research groups, healthcare companies, or anyone who needs something custom.

With this license, I’ll design a piece made just for your project. You’ll be the only one who can use it.

Common Questions

Do I get editable files?

Yes. All licenses include editable formats (Adobe Illustrator and/or InDesign).

Note on fonts: All graphics use Adobe Fonts, licensed through Adobe Creative Cloud. Fonts are not embedded in the editable files. If you edit text, you’ll need access to Adobe Fonts or replace them with another licensed font.

The graphics will also be available with outlined fonts.

Can I upgrade my license later?

Yes! Contact me if you need to move from Standard to Extended or Exclusive.

Can I resell the design?

No. Resale or re-licensing is not allowed under any license.

What if I need a custom design?

Exclusive License is the best option for this. You’ll get a graphic tailored to your project.

What if I’m not sure which license fits my project?

If you’re uncertain, just get in touch. I’ll help you figure out the best option for your needs.

Do I need an Exclusive license as a patient?

In most cases, a Standard or Extended License will be enough.

What industries do you work with?

I work primarily with healthcare and medical research organizations, including clinical research sponsors, academic institutions, patient advocacy groups, and public health agencies. I also collaborate with publishers, nonprofits, and any organization that needs to communicate complex information clearly and accessibly.
